Heads up to families with small kids: Room is clean but needs major renovations. Sharp Nails showing where the carpet and tile meet. Not acceptable for guests with children. Sides of the walls are hanging. Outlets are not updated. We had to go to the lobby to charge our phones. Pool looks gross.. it is a yellow/green color and appears stagnant. (We are diamond members) Front desk lady was nice and the woman running the breakfast was great as well.

We stayed with family in this hotel for Christmas holidays and it was such a wonderful experience! Hotel located in walking distance to Hotsprings and gondola. Rooms are clean, staff is super friendly and helpful. We will be back again and would recommend this hotel to family and friends!
