Very nice room at a very reasonable rate. Clean, spacious and well appointed. However it backs up immediately against the interstate. I mean really close. The noise from the freeway kept me up all night. It was incessant. Trucks, motorcycles, etc. A real racket. I don't know if the other side of the hotel was as bad (probably not) but I didn't get a wink of sleep.

Passing through Grand Junction to fly back home I decided to book a room to stay and enjoy the area of Grand Junction. The hotel was right off the highway, easy to find and down the street from the airport. This is not your average big city with noisy cars and planes. Oh no! It is a beautiful quiet town with the accessibility to so many sights, mountains, views, wines, skiing all within a short drive. The hotel was just enough to stay the night and wake up to a warm fresh FREE breakfast served in the lobby. With warm waffles you get to make, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, cereals and all the drinks you want. The room was clean and had a nice desk and TV counter/Dresser. It was larger than a normal hotel room with 2 queen beds, the bathroom was separated with a wall and a foyer area that had a small vanity counter with a mirror. You even had a door that opened into a closet without taking up any of the room space. Great value at a great rate and pleasant stay. Thank you LaQunita Inn
