Nasty! Walked into the room and it smelled like a fridge that has been unplugged for awhile. We were right by the pool witch is where they keep the trash bins. So our view was of trash. We had two rooms and after a day shopping we came back to a room that wouldn't open. We informed the office and they called maintenance. He came fairly quick but he took off the screen on the window and left so my son claimed in the window and opened the door. The door didn't work for the rest of our stay . They never offered us a new room with a door that worked. So every time we left the room we had to put all our stuff in the other room and leave the window open so we could get back in . The pool water looked ok but all the tile is falling off and the concrete is buckling. The next morning I got the joy of waking up to a cockroach! Nasty! After catching the cockroach I wanted to shower went to turn on the water and the whole knob came off🤬. At check out the lady asked how everything was and I told her it was awefull and explained our weekend. She wrote it down on a paper and said sorry have a good day. No refund no nothing. We always stay at cheep hotels but this was not even cheap it was disgusting. The only clean thing in the room was the sheets and tub, the floor was not swept or mopped my son spilled water in the floor so I grabbed a towel to clean it up and it was black.
