Let’s start with cleanliness. The entire hotel is disgustingly filthy. Someone threw up in one of the stairwells. The actual vomit stayed there for nearly three days, at which point they merely vacuumed it up (did not clean the carpet), and now more than a week later the stain/bits of vomit have settled into the carpet and created a pungent odor that has rendered the stairwell unusable. This is the same stairwell where for 6 days there was bloody diarrhea that sat uncleaned on one of the walls! That is just the tip of the iceberg.. the hallways are filthy, the carpet is stained, the walls need painted, the entire place has a unpleasant smell, the landscape has trash scattered around, there are cigarette butts right outside every door along with dog feces. The laundry room will make you feel as if your dirty clothes are dirtier from just being in that unkept room. That is just a few examples of how disgusting this place is, I could go on and on about the exterior but let’s talk about what really matters the room. The only thing this hotel has going for it are some of the employees who work here like Ted and Christian. Both of whom are very friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately there is also a really unpleasant, unfriendly and more importantly unprofessional employee named Joe. After conversing with several of the other guest here I have come to the realization that I am not the only one who shares this sentiment as at least four other people who I have spoken with had nothing but negative experiences with him. Two of whom checked out and went to the extended stay right down the street due to how much they disliked his general disposition and his inability to communicate civilly, especially when an issue arises
