The staff was friendly and the facility is clean and tidy. I read reviews that first floor(s) are for guest with animals so we called and requested a top floor. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub though the pool area smells heavily of chemicals. We also enjoyed the breakfast offerings (waffles, eggs, sausage(could be cooked longer), yogurt, muffins, toast, coffee, tea, etc.) We have tried a few hotels in the area and this has been one of the best ones we have been to for the price.

Liz or the girl from front desk had an attitude. She was on phone the entire time and seemed bothered to even service the guests when we needed something during our stay. Hotel was completely vacant, but she denied of giving us early check in even though I am Wyndham Platinum member and platinum members are offered free early check in. We asked her if she could help us getting some plates and spoons and she said no to it. Every hotel provides plates and spoons, but this front desk girl made it sound like a big deal. I would like to admit that other staff at the hotel were very nice and the room was very clean and comfy. Its just Liz who gave us some disappointment during the stay.
