Smelled like mold, multiple bed stains, bedbugs, fridge did not work, could not stay there and asked for a refund and they refused, truly ridiculous seeing as how completely disgusting that place was. We did not stay there past 5 minutes per their absurd policy. How can you expect people to see the true disgust of the place when u cant even find the damn light switch in the middle of the room. Pictures do not shows how bad this place was.
When I first entered the room, the tv was on the bed was half made. I called down to get new sheets and the front desk told me I had to wait til in the morning due to the cleaning lady not having any ready. The towels were nasty like someone showered and left them hanging. The next day, the cleaning personnel came by and gave me more stained sheets, I swiped them out at least 2 before getting a decent pair. They gave me more towels that had dirt and filthy stains on them and when I asked for new ones, the cleaning lady laughed like I was bothering her at that point. Someone was fighting next door and banging against the wall. I asked for my deposit back and was never granted one.. please stay away from this location. It was a nightmare!!
