The hotel had nice rooms, all of the appliances in my room worked well (and quietly!) and the dishes, bathroom, and linens were all clean. The breakfast had a lot of choices and were tasty. There were plenty of vegetarian options for my partner. Overall a great experience

Stayed for couple days for a family vacation in the area. Felt like wasted money staying here. Main complaint is that the room sofa and chair were stained and dirty and just flat out gross. Didn't want to sit on them but had to cover the sofa with a bed sheet. The room had a weird and musty smell. Breakfast was OK with different options. Asked front desk to contact the cleaning staff to restock everything in our room on the second day, but that did not happen. We ran out of kleenex, shower gel, and frankly was too tired to have to ask the front desk twice for this kind of stuff. Staff was friendly except during check out when the desk person just flat out ignored me when turning the keys back in. Not sure if she had a bad day but I thought guest experience is everything especially when you spend couple hundred dollars a night at a place. Sorry but Hilton, you were the sole negative part of our vacation. Will go with another chain if I come back to this area.
