-Bed size in the accessible rooms are NOT as advertised. It's a full, not a queen. And the pullout couch is only a twin so not enough room for our kids who had to stay with friends about an hour away. Disabled people have kids, too. We need an accessible room that has the space for them as well. -The bathroom is roomy enough for my wheelchair and while the room in shower is too small for a roll in shower chair, the shower chair with a back is nice - it would be great if you could add another hook lower down to hang the shower head from - because I can't reach up to a normal height and if the shower head is down where I can use it that means it's just swinging around for a lot of my shower. -Could easily hear staff and the people in the dinning room through the walls. -The room was clean, breakfast was the standard powder eggs, waffles, cereal, etc. -The pool and hot tub are STILL down - same as it was when we stayed 6 months ago. Pretty sure they don't ever plan on fixing it and they really need to pull that down from their website. Stop advertising a feature that you do not offer. -No problem with any of the staff - they did good. 👍
