We stayed here on our way to Iowa and our way back home to Colorado. Overall great value for the money. It's a Motel 6, so nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly. I can't remember the name of the person working with front desk on Saturday evening, November 25th, but he was especially friendly. I normally don't stay at Motel 6 because of past bad experiences with them, but after reading several great reviews for this location, we took a chance. Glad we did. We will likely be staying here every time we take a trip to Iowa to visit family.
It was basic accommodation at a reasonable price. I appreciated the refrigerator and the HBO channel. Most importantly the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the front desk person was very friendly--I appreciate that.
