Upon arrival I had to wait at the front desk for several minutes as the receptionist was busy making coffee. There were 5 other guests waiting as well. The room is pretty small and in need of some updating/repairs. The closet door doesn't close completely, there are several small holes and paint splotches on the walls, and the wall thermostat doesn't work. Luckily I checked the AC itself and the controls are there, but there was no note or anything to inform the guest. The first thing I noticed when I used the bathroom was a wad of dark hair in the floor. Yuck. There was a tiny little bug in the sink when I brushed my teeth, so I washed it down the drain. The bathroom door doesn't latch or lock because the door isn't properly aligned with the plate on the frame. When I hopped in the shower within 2 minutes my feet were covered in water because it wasn't draining. I noticed while I was in there that there were hairs all over the walls too. So nasty. I'm only here for one night or I would absolutely demand a room change. I'm not satisfied with this experience. Pros: friendly staff, bed was relatively comfortable, linens appeared clean, room relatively quiet overnight, breakfast had a decent selection
