John at the Front desk and all staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. All staff went a I've and beyond to help, from front desk to maintenance/grounds crew to breakfast staff. I was traveling due to a family emergency and had been on the road for about 18 hours. I am a Diamond member and used points for my one night stay. I arrived in Kingman at 9:30 am, well before even the early check in times. I spoke with John at the front desk and explained my long drive and reason for my visit. He helped set me up with the most convenient room for the circumstances. He also got me in right away so I could get a much needed shower and a nap, no wait whatsoever. This hotel is extremely clean, the room was nice and accommodated my needs perfectly with the pull out sleeper couch. The hotel is well kept inside and out. Breakfast was quick and easy, plenty of options, especially to grab and go. All in all I would recommend this hotel 100X over and 5 stars isn't enough. Thank you to John and the rest of the staff for a great stay!!!
