The staff is absolutely super, from Alex who tried to help me when I booked a wrong date on the internet. There was no way to correct my error. The lady at the desk was so nice, especially when I discovered someone had put a plastic bag over the smoke detector. She came up immediately to remove the bag. Otherwise the room was not very clean. Drapes had holes in them, next to impossible to close, lots of thick dust and broken and melted lampshades. The towels could use a good clean with bleach. The "light breakfast" was a few wrapped items on the check-in desk. It's sad to do this kind of review as other Super 8 hotels have been so much better, which is why I chose this hotel.
