We have always loved staying at this Embassy Suites location. After reading more recent reviews, I was worried that it wouldn't live up to our expectations. We paid for the premium room (5th floor) and the accommodations were as we expected. The snacks that came with the room were decent (chips, candy bars, waters). The room was clean. The pull out couch mattress is atrocious (super uncomfortable), but it always has been. The room service was reasonable and delicious. The complimentary evening reception was as it has been for the last 10 years at this location: 2 free beers, nut mix, cheese and crackers, pretzels. Once the large group with the noisy kids left the reception area (yes, I have a kid and usually love kids), I enjoyed the waterfalls and Christmas trees. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. Maybe, one day they'll upgrade the carpets and decor, but until then, we'll continue enjoying the automated elevator lady saying, "Going up." :)

Check in was smooth and customer service was friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the manager’s reception with the free drinks and snacks. There were many breakfast choices and my husband loved the made to order omelet. Check out was a breeze.
