First off the rooms are everything you need and it is clean, that said you'll get a television, a mini fridge, a microwave, clean bedding and lots of towels, and the most genuinely nice and helpful staff I've ever seen. We couldn't get the TV to work . Noticed it at like midnight... Called the front desk and within a few minutes the nicest man was up in the room, he fixed the issue which is something I would have never figured out! Had a great attitude about us dingbats not knowing what to push etc . The ladies in the morning are great, not once were we refused a later check-out and I took my mother on the ferry ride the day we left and the front desk even let us leave our more important bags containing our laptops and electronics safe with them vs leaving in the too hot car while on the boat for a couple hours. Above and beyond! Seriously lovely people, the people make the place fantastic!!!

This establishment has a great view of the lake, it's in close proximity to the marina, and has ample parking for boats and trailers. This establishment also has BEDBUGS, dirty carpet, bad smell throughout, and old accommodations. I checked out in less than 30 minutes of checking in. I was issued a refund receipt but after 5 days there has not been a refund issued to my credit card. I have submitted a picture of the bedbug for reference.
