To have managers talk down to you and tell you to leave just because you want a door fix from slamming so hard, it wakes you up, or tell you, you complain to much at night because you expect a quiet and clean environment to sleep in, or if your room is full smoke from other people smoking in there rooms next to you and then you get sick from that, that you should just shut up and deal with it or leave, shows how bad it is there, and I'm not the only one, full of complaints online, even people being stuck with mold in rooms and unhealthy air I was showing by 2 other guests there rooms and that's what I saw and mold on my door as well. I made sure to reach out to my contacts in the Lakewood building code inforcment. Just fallowing the rules. You tell your customers we have to follow rules but you guys have no rules to fallow, you get to act and treat people anyway you want. You lost the company over $8k with me I'm sure they will be happy. And I slap reach to a couple friends that work at 9news and fox 31 about all this with pictures to prove. And if you plan is sleeping in that won't happen because they teach there cleaning crews to be as load as possible, no door stops just bang and boom slamming cabinets and everything to make your room load. And if ask to please be quiet, same thing. You can go, we own you nothing but to take your money and talk down to you.
