Nobody is ever at the desk 😕. Sign says to dial 0 on the phone and someone will pick up but there's no phone to dial 0 on. Finally caught an employee getting off the elevator and told him we'd like housekeeping for each day we're staying. Nowadays, if you don't ask for it you don't get it. Well this kid tells us he'd see what he could do. I asked what that meant and he said they didn't have the staff to do all the housekeeping. Wait, what? Unacceptable. Housekeeping is a daily event that is part of a guest paying room fees. Empty trash, clean towels and general pick up. Now if corporate will reduce our rates by 40 percent we'd be happy to accept reduced services. But they haven't. So we should be getting the same service now as we were before covid. Stop gouging your customers with the same rates and screwing them on less services! No lights in the parking lot, rooms were average, coffee in the lobby was cold and the hotel policy is to charge extra 50 dollars per night for amenities in case you charge stuff to the room. If you don't charge anything you'll get credited back the money. That's easy interest earned for holding your money and a dispute waiting to happen.
