The rooms my are nice and hygiene. Service is pathetic that's why only three stars. People are rude in the reception If you ask more questions they will not answer properly. The biggest problem and drawback of this hotel is parking .. you don't have free parking, if you choose valet then 52 dollars for one day and self parking is 30 dollars per day. Which is very expensive. Even if you search some paid parking outside for 20 dollars that is valid up to 6 am in the morning. So very difficult to get secured parking. The location is good. But not happy with the parking facilities

Booked a 1 bedroom suite but upon check in, they said the room was "not available" and downgraded me to a standard room. Checking my bill, they "conveniently" forgot to update my room and I was still charged for the suite price. On to the room, the chair and couch were visibly dirty and not well cleaned (if at all). Literally had to put my bags on the table as it looked cleaner. Bathroom was OK, but shower was freezing cold in the morning and this was on the hottest setting. Breakfast was horrible. Everything felt like it was "leftovers from yesterday". The breakfast sandwich was the only edible thing there and it was dry and cold. Honestly, for the prices they're charging for this place, this level of experience is unacceptable.
