We arrived really early in a new place and the staff was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable during our few days here. The rooms are clean and the kiddos had a great time in the indoor pool. There is breakfast and a cozy lounge hangout area. We were glad we choose Tru.

We love this hotel, but this visit was less pleasing than the past. I attempted to check in online, and it said everything was fine, but our keyless key never came, so we had to check in all over again when we arrived. The host at the desk was less than welcoming, especially in comparison to previous visits. Our room and the hotel were great and very clean. It's in a wonderful area. My husband was really looking forward to the breakfast, but that too disappointed him. What previously was numerous hot breakfast options was scaled down to the basics - eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, toast, etc. where previously, they also had bacon, biscuits and gravy, pancakes/waffles...it is an unfortunate change.
