I had a TERRIBLE experience with the La Quinta hotel in Loveland, Colorado|Upon entering the room it was rather dirty, only two towels, shower disgusting, and no shower curtain. I requested for more towels and a curtain and it took SEVERAL hours to be delivered. I was not going to originally put in a complaint because I understand things happen. However, the cleaning staff was consistently very rude to me and my family. We have 4 kids so it was very busy and chaotic. But we were quiet and left the room clean besides a few birthday balloons as we were celebrating my son's birthday. On top of the poor response and cleanliness, our experience in the pool was also incredibly dirty with the hot tub filled with disgusting hair balls. |The worst part is that I was charged an outrageous amount of money from said hotel. The rate was supposed to be for $93.20. I was charged $140 something then had another charge for $50.00 and then for $200. Upon calling the hotel they claimed that we left the room a disaster and that the couch cushions were over by a table? That does not seem that big of a deal to me. We did NOT leave it dirty, I myself put back together the couch and made sure the linens were all together. We have kids so obviously it was probably SLIGHTLY messy. We did NOT leave the room a disaster as I was told over the phone. As I said, at best, a few balloons were left and maybe pillows on the floor. We did not leave it dirty nor were there any damages. The clerk I spoke to said I would be getting a return call from the manager which I have yet to receive and keep getting put on hold when I call back.|I am livid with this type of service and response from what is supposed to be a reputable hotel. The cleaning staff was incredibly rude when my family was leaving. I could not file any complaints at the hotel because the desk staff was never present. Throughout the stay there were at least 3 times I tried to talk to a staff member and there was no one at the desk |I have never experienced such ridiculous service from a hotel not to mention being charged as many times. And a cleaning fee for $250??? That is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be staying at any Wyndham places ever again.|
