Grassy Flats is paradise in the Keys. The views are breathtaking, and staff is unbelievably welcoming and makes your comfort a priority. The best location that I’ve stayed in the Keys.

Nice staff and allowed us to check in early. Rooms were nicely decorated and spacious but lacked coffee/tea making facilities, water or glasses. We found pillows hard but that is a personal preference. We had a good water view. The restaurant is not open yet so there was no food at all on site. The tiki bar was cute but no snacks. The sea grass was not cleared u til the last day of our stay and there was a smell. Overall, the hotel was nice but did not warrant the high price tag we paid. We have stayed in many south Florida hotels at the same price point but with mar more amenities.
