We normally stay at resourt style hotels but due to Key West prices we decided to stay out of town. Glad we did because it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Met all our expectations and planning on returning in the future.

The location was not great as it’s tucked in a cove on the bay side. They had way to many boats on the dock so everyone had to raft up in order to keep the boats in the water. Trailer parking was another situation as space was limited. We stayed 5 days and had several days of bad rain. We woke up one morning to step out of bed and the tile floor in My room was flooded up to my bed. Water was flowing in through the slider and it was disastrous!!! Now I realize why the laundry room had the washer and dryer elevated off the floor! . All of our luggage was wet and my 4 year old slipped and fell on the floor…it was terrible!!! After complaining to management they did nothing. I would have appreciated having my room comped one night for the inconvenience of having to clean it myself and do everyone’s laundry while on vacation 😡 Needless to say we will not go back after the way this situation was handled. I did not appreciate management blowing off my complaint about the flooding. This was just ridiculous!!!
