ALERT! Don’t stay here! The hotel has BED BUGS and COACHES in the dining area. We found bedbugs on both beds we were sleeping in. I got bit by a BEDBUG on my neck! The room was dirty with stains all over the carpet, spiderwebs in the corners of the bathroom and a used bar of soap was by the sink! I spoke to the Manager about the bedbugs and getting bit. He said I could have brought the bedbugs in with me. He informed me that a Pest Control Inspector was coming tomorrow. My concern is that by then, housekeeping could have cleaned the sheets and put in new mattresses. I was also told by the manager that he would submit the inspection results to Diamond Tours and would not talk to me directly. Why would you not want a happy guest that would leave a good review and come back for repeated stays? I don’t want anyone else to have to go through the cleaning process that it takes to be sure they don’t bring any critters back and infest their home. Take my advice and stay elsewhere.
