The lady who does the breakfast in the morning is so sweet and kind, she really knows customer service. Unfortunately there's never anyone at the desk, have to wait a long time for anyone to show up, if they even know your there. Rooms were Clean to start but never replace your towels or TP or other items used daily. Trash never dumped, etc. Even when we put up the please clean sign on the door.

Seeking medical assistance do to a rash because this hotel is disgusting and dirty. They over charged me. The owner is a vile and has no customer service skills. Neil the maintenance guy doesn't have a clue. The front desk troll has no skills in life this is where she belongs. DON'T STAY HERE YOU'LL REGRET YOUR STAY. I HAVE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TO BACKUP MY CLAIMS.
