Wow I don’t even know where to start with this hotel I love this location. Great environment great vibe very close to the beach. I love the private Stanton section as well as the amenity perks that comes with a reservation such as bikes beach chairs and sometimes free frozen margaritas at Lolos café downstairs. The staff is one of the most friendliest staff I’ve come across. This location and the Miami Ritz are my top two for destination amenities location staff and accommodations. I ate at the restaurant Forte Dei Marmi across the street and it’s some of the most authentic Italian food I’ve had in a while. Later on that night the place turned into a club and I ran into Drake there. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

Location, location, location is the best thing about this hotel. Friendly first contact. Generally helpful, professional, knowledgeable staff. Checking in as platinum members room was ready for early check-in as requested. Opted for the "best" king room in the place but it was NOT. Pros - Smart TV with sufficient channels - clean bed linens, nice pillows, and sufficient mattress - Accessible plug sockets for various devices - WiFi - Good natural light from huge sliding doors Cons: - room next to public door access - small floor plan; minimal space for relaxing in room (1 chair, 1 desk chair, king bed, no microwave, no snacks) -No seating for at least two persons or place to eat-in - 4th floor ocean view - No privacy from extended balcony (mezzanine-level, neighboring public balcony to the right; above and neighboring balconies view onto this balcony) - decor out-of-date in style and quality - several unfinished and/or unfixed areas - flat and hard feeling towels - empty shower gel container - no plugs on balcony I would visit the property again but probably wouldn't opt for the additional expense of this room (#439); not worth it.
