Positive: I've stayed at this hotel at least 20+times over the last year. Why it's not a 3 star or better is a mystery to me. The staff is very friendly and happy to resolve any issu I might have.The room is spacious and clean.The kitchenette is handy if staying. Negative: The side door key entry has been broken for several months so if you park in the rear parking lot you must walk completely around the hotel to lobby entrance or prop the side entrance open to be closer with luggage to enter.

Positive: Nothing. The hotel was disgusting. The surrounding area was concerning. Negative: The lobby was dingy. The wall clock was missing numbers. The room was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. The sheets were dirty. We asked to have them changed and the young man behind the desk did not know where clean lines were. It was awful.
