We booked this hotel for NYE, paid the premium of $310/nightly. We had a king size bed, very comfortable, but takes up the ENTIRE room. Pictures are very misleading. Room would get hot at night, regardless of ac setting. Shower had mold at top. Great location. Staff was friendly.

The woman at the front desk was so nice!! The hotel itself was fine for the price paid. I would say it was a bit loud at 3am (as to be expected with New Orleans), and as other reviews have said facing a brick wall wasn’t the best. However, the place was very clean. I would recommend staying there if you are on a budget and only needed a couple nights stay. If you want to be in walking distance to the action I wouldn’t recommend, but it was easy enough to get to the main attractions.
