The hotel was very clean and the staff was truly amazing. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty. Whenever a tray became empty they were refilling it immediately. The dining area was clean and plenty of seating for the guest. Coffee was hot and delicious.

My son and I stayed at the Hyatt to attend the 2024 FanExpo at the convention center. It’s a great location and a moderate walk to tons of good restaurants and the French Quarter. Our room was in excellent condition and, on the 8th floor there was no disturbing street noise. We slept great and enjoyed the breakfast each morning. We will probably stay there again the next time we attend the Expo.
