We have stayed at this hotel three times. We have enjoyed every stay and wouldn’t consider staying at any other in New Orleans. The location is safe with beautiful views. Rooms are very comfortable and well thought out. Service is excellent as well as food options. The hotel is on top of a parking garage beginning on the 11th floor. This allows unobstructed views and quieter rooms.

We had a decent stay at the Westing NOLA. The rooms were lovely. The service left something to be desired. When we checked in, nobody shared where restaurants are, when breakfast is served, no WiFI info shared and they were not friendly (the whole time). In the rooms, there were no lotions or anything to help out if you forget to pack something. Tried calling the front desk and concierge several times and nobody answered. Left a message about my bill (charged $1,100 when I booked it and then charged again for $700 - same rooms, different fees - overcharged by $400). Only 2 towels, only 2 cups, just odd like they didn't restock the room. The location is fine if you like being in a mall and close to the French Quarter
