We ended up in this hotel as our flight was delayed and we miss our connection. United airlines was kind enough to put us in this hotel. The service was good, room was clean and large. Airport shuttle was great. My only con was there was a weed smell on our floor which was quite strong. Did not get to try breakfast as we had to leave at 6 am to get our flight.

There are multiple issues with this hotel. This hotel needs a complete renovation. A few examples are as follows: elevators are in bad shape and need to be revised, carpeting throughout is dirty and has fowl odors, plumbing draining too slow in tubs and sinks, etc. Staff members, particularly the front desk agents, are abrasive, condescending, unfriendly, and pretentious, and this is based on my experiences with both the daytime and afternoon/evening staff shifts. In my opinion, the reason this hotel maintains business is strictly based on its location. The owner/share holders take NO pride in any of the Marriott BONVoY members, nor do they care as to whether they exemplify Marriott's written standards. IF you can afford a better experience, stay there, and NOT here.
