This hotel was disappointing. The front desk clerk was rude when I was asking him simple questions about checkin. I was not allowed to see my room before I paid my deposit. I was first assigned to a room where the sliding door was unlocked and opened despite a sign posted saying do not open sliding door. When I called the front desk and told them about the door it took 30mins for the maintenance man to come up and the door still was not shut, so I asked to change my room and I was given so many excuses before my room was changed. To add when i asked someone to double check if the sliding door was locked and closed they rolled their eyes at me. All in all when I went into the room to sanitize it I noticed there was no telephone in the room and the tub was stopped up... Neva again

I was so disappointed with the look of the rooms and the service that this hotel provides, Everything looks rundown. I don’t understand how this hotel is even open to serving the public. The photos on the website that’s not how the rooms look in person. I want to know if the management team would allow they families to stay those room. Holes in ceiling, carpets dirty has a musty smell, linen does not have a fresh scent. Please try to do better.
