My partner and I stayed here for a night on our American road trip. We booked it late in the afternoon on a budget. The place is what you pay for basically. We arrived and were pretty apprehensive as the surrounds are not exactly safe looking but we thought ‘we’ve paid, may as well give it a try.’ The place smelt like cigarettes and had a damp smell. When we got to our room, it was extremely stuffy and in all honesty, did not look like the pictures online. I asked if all rooms were recently renovated and was told yes but they really look nothing like the pictures. The shower plug was blocked I think as the bath filled up when we were showering. One positive was that the bed was comfortable but we didn’t exactly feel clean being in the bed. I’m giving two stars for the price point and comfort of the bed. If there is another place for you to stay, I’d advise going elsewhere.
