On arrival to the valet, I had to signal someone out of the valet room before they came out. The valet did not get the cart and I loaded my own bags and rolled them up to the room myself. The temperature outside was 10°F. No one was there to check us in, so I had to look for the nearest worker who happened to be at the dining area and ask them to call someone down for us. It maybe be a little understandable as we checked in at 1am, but I notified staff of our estimated arrival time earlier that afternoon. Last, the toilet did not work shortly after arrival. Maintenance did a great job responding to it quickly. I was pleased with the wonderful view, the clean room, and that the checkout staff (Riley) took time to listen to what had happened and was very courteous. In the end, it was not as smooth as I was expecting.

Amazing place! We reserved online for one night and when arrived the Valet gentleman was nice and also the 2 man that pick up our suitcases as well!..Our room is very clean!!(and that the first thing I look into before going to any hotel! This was our first time staying here! and We will definitely have to come back again one day!! The receptionist was sweet and check in fast and also welcoming us very warming as it was our first time here!! Amazing Hotel! This hotel should be a 5-star hotel!!
