Positive: This hotel is downtown and close to lots of restaurants. Really enjoyed the water feature in the front lobby and the elevator. Staff was very friendly. Valet service was good. Impressed with the accommodations for the price. Negative: My room did not have a refrigerator or microwave but my daughters room did. 2 out of the 4 elevators were not working.

I wasn't going to leave a review but i just received a call from management (ill address at the end) which changed my mind. Everything was dingy, dirty and outdated, stains on sheets, brown splatters on the bathroom walls, layers of thick dust on air vents and lamp shades, the carpet was rippled, the restaurant was closed despite being advertised as opened on google, there was no hot water so I was unable to shower, waited over 45ish minutes for valet which never came and my husband had to walk (the staff said it was 1/2 mile away) in the snow to get the car. After that we made trips back and forth to help other guests get to their cars. There was zero prep done and zero communication done by the staff. I sent these complaints via text through their communication service and thought nothing more about it . At around 8 pm I received a call from management. As I answered the phone before I said "hello." The Voice on the other end said "I'm just going to ask her if she would've rather us wreck her car?!" In a very snarky voice. Save yourself, Don't stay here.
