I chose this for the location. I was given a room on the 4th floor, but someone was cooking what smelled like deep fried vomit and the ventilation for the room kitchens are connected so the whole floor was saturated in it. They moved me to the 2nd floor. The smell wasn't as bad, but it was still there. You could smell it all the way down to the lobby. Cleanliness was OK. No creamer for coffee in my room. The tv was slightly damaged and glitchy. I won't stay here again just because of the smell. I would consider it otherwise.
We stayed because my son was having a procedure done at boystown. The staff was understand and helpful with what I needed for my son. The TV in the room wouldn't let me use our firestick I brought and the staff didn't know how to fix it. We also couldn't watch any on demand movies. The bathtub drain was broken and wouldn't stay up so I had to physically hold the drain cover open to allow it to drain. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were a good size. The curtains that block the light in the window were filthy and needed to be cleaned. Disappointed there was no breakfast.
