Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this downtown location. The staff was incredible and I thought they were very accommodating, friendly and always seemed to be informed about the surrounding area and various events going on. I stayed here for over a month and I'm very happy with choosing this location. The lady that serviced my room was also amazing and I really like that she paid such detail with servicing my room and always very respectful of my personal items. I really liked their outside sitting area in the back with the grill, fireplace and beautiful view. Even though it is in the middle of downtown Omaha, when you are sitting in the back area it is very tranquil and peaceful.

Amazing stay! Karrie was fantastic. She was our shuttle driver; she took us everywhere within a 3 mile radius and she was so friendly and helpful. We went to a concert at the CHI arena, a restaurant, and of course the airport… and we were picked up and dropped off at each location safely. It was a great experience! Thank you!!
