Beware! Save yourself the aggravation of should we stay or find a different place. Where to begin 1-we got our room and believe this...there was a big hole (over a foot wide) in the mattress. Yes a hole. Never saw that before in all our travels. They cover it by the bedding. 2-the rug in the room was so dirty and sticky. Walking barefoot your feet bottoms turn black. 3- this should have first, the place has a funky smell that nauseates you. 4- the hallways have tiles that are ready to come apart. And the hallways have a mildew smell. 5-we complained and they gave us a new room. The floor was vinyl and so dirty. We cleaned the floor and bathroom ourselves with Clorox. 6-never did breakfast after trying the orange juice. It was so cheap, it tasted like juice that was watered down...a lot. They had cereal, toast....but no butter. Waffle maker, but no butter. Syrup-yes. We did not try anything after the OJ. The funniest thing was they have hard boiled eggs that are only served on Sunday. 7-housekeeping was no better. In fact, I would fire them all. None speak English. They use their phones to translate. They do not do anything to the room but every two days. Yes...every 2 days. That means no clean towels and such. And they do not clean when they do. Get this. We travel a lot and we never stayed in a place that tells you we do not have any wash clothes and bathmats...why? "We are short on them." The truth is if you don't want to be so uncomfortable with your hotel avoid this one at all costs. We have been coming to Orlando since 1995 and by far this hotel was the worst stayed at.
