Good: Staff - they were awesome! I was welcomed by Lucas (I believe that's his name) and he was always very helpful and polite! 5-stars for the staff. Large rooms - Was able to accommodate two persons + bags very easily Comfy beds Pool (but I didn't use it) Bad: Cleanliness - the bathroom sink had bugs every morning Old room - the hotel seems to have remodeled the entrance, but the rooms are still very old. The mirror in my bathroom was old, it was peeling. The tap had rust. Air conditioning - Either it got too cold, or it turned off. And it made a lot of noise

Customer service is great here! Checked in late at 11pm on January 10th and Sirlene and Avra were so helpful with no only getting us checked in but making sure we knew about the shuttle and gave us local options for travel and attractions. The rooms looked just like the photo and was clean on arrival. Beds were comfy, pillows weren't, and they also included extra plushy blankets in the clothing storage area which was amazing because we came when it was 50° at night. The only 3 downsides are our room didn't have a hair dryer, when it rains the stairs behind slick and my son fell, and the biggest is the noise from outside is very loud. The highway noise didn't bother me as it drowned out my husband's snoring however we had the most atrocious neighbors who were 20 something and decided partying on the walkway by our door at midnight was appropriate. So while I recommend the hotel because of the amazing staff and location to universal, I do not recommend this hotel to families with younger children as the noise or unsavory guests may keep you all up and you will be to tired to enjoy waking up early to get to the parks. Room to room noise was non existent but when there is a pack of hoodlums it truly ruins the night.
