I don’t expect much from a 2 star hotel. But La Quintas are luxurious compared to this. I’ve stayed here a couple of times actually. In 2022 and in 2023. It’s gotten way worse. The elevator still isn’t working from last year. I’m 7 months pregnant and had to climb 6 flights of stairs with a ton of bags. There is nasty sand from other peoples bodies in between the sheets. Dirty floors, holes in the ceilings and walls, and cockroaches and bed bugs if you flip the pillows over to check. It’s just gross. They don’t clean or wash anything and it shows. Anyway, don’t stay here unless it’s your only option.

⚠️WARNING!!!⚠️ This place needs to be shut down! Everything on their website is FALSE ADVERTISING! The rooms are DISGUSTING including dirty sheets, scummy showers (with curtain rods that won’t stay up), open holes in the walls, and I can’t forget the COCKROACH that crawled up my foot along with the gnats buzzing around our faces all night. The furniture is trashed and falling apart. A/C vents COATED with dusty. The room smelled of mildew and cigarette smoke. They claim to give you free tickets to attractions but it is a LIE. You are required to call a third-party company to get your tickets which is a nightmare in itself, just to find out the “free attractions” are permanently closed or that they do not actually offer tickets for advertised attractions. After calling the 1-800 number I was greeted to a recorded message which was impossible to understand informing me to go to a website that was non-existent. It was very frustrating to say the least. Also the receptionist informed me that the elevators were “still broken” so I got the privilege of listening to extremely loud banging of roller-suitcases being drug up and down the stairs until 2 AM. Absolutely worst hotel I’ve ever experienced.
