I loved this hotel. It was our first time in the location and service and atmosphere was incredible. Only thing that was miserable experience was that there was no heater in the lobby or restaurant working. We couldn’t enjoy the property because it was freezing inside with a snow storm outside. We had to order food, go down and pick it up, and bring it up to our rooms. The staff was miserable about the lack of heat as well. Other than that I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed this hotel. customer service was excellent. The rooms were beautiful the food was great and the valet parking was awesome.

One of my favorite hotels to have stayed at. I normally stay Bonvoy but prices were high during my work trip and I decided to give this place a shot. The location is excellent, right off the river easy access for jogging and to downtown. Lobby is nicely appointed and rooms are cozy and warm. Will stay again.
