Great location and excellent customer service! We called to inquire about an early check in and Cora helped us over the phone. She remembered us when we came in to check in and was so helpful and nice! The rooms are nice and modern. The hotel is a short walk from pretty much anything you would want to do in the downtown area! Would highly recommend!

Positive: Location was good, front lady at reception desk was great and the valet guy was awesome. The entrance and lobby is very grand and beautiful. Ambiance very nice. Staff showed their presence and it showed stood out from other large hotels close by Negative: Just a suggestion. Bedroom could use a full length mirror instead of in the bathroom. And a bathroom fan-vent would be great from the shower humidity
