One of my favorite places to stay when in Portland! Lovely, clean, and modern hotel in a great location to get anywhere in Portland and with great food / cafes around. The service is absolutely lovely - really nice people who seem to genuinely care, like Cory from the lounge. The lounge is great too - appreciate the variety of snacks available and the delicious hot breakfast (especially those chocolate croissants)! The rooms are spacious and have everything you need plus a little more personality and color than a classic all white hotel room. 10/10 recommend!

Check in was very easy. We opted not to use valet, which we regret because our car got broken into in a parking garage but we knew was a risk. The hotel upgraded our room which was a nice surprise so we got a view of the city. Rooms and rest of the hotel were clean, service in the restaurant was amazing and so was the food. Prices were to be expected. Liked that you had to have a room key in order to use the elevator. The location is downtown which has some pros and cons. We did not use the fitness center, but wished they had a hot tub or spa. We knew going in they did not, but would have been nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
