Nice rooms with comfortable bed and clean well lit bathroom. Located in a quiet area of Downtown Portland, easy to get to from I-5 as well. Has a restaurant attached and on site parking. Staff was friendly even though they were very busy due to extra business due to the Ice storms in the area making people find places with Heat and Electricity.

I had a long, unpleasant day of travel, and upon reaching the hotel, I realized I had forgotten to make my reservation. This was the night before my birthday. Brielle and Mary at the front desk turned my day around before I even completed my check-in. They were friendly and extremely helpful. I knew I'd return to this hotel even before I got to my room.||The room and bathroom were very clean, and the entire staff were consistently friendly and courteous throughout my stay. An added bonus was the complimentary bike rental offered by the hotel. I had an excellent time and will definitely be coming back.
