I love the service here! This hotel offers quite a few amenities that amplified my positive experience. However, it is the service that sets it apart from the rest! My house didn’t have power due to the blizzard; but, I was still able to stay very comfortable and relaxed. Kalob, my valet, was very friendly and took great care of my car! The bar and food is also exceptionally delicious! 10/10 would stay again.

We stayed at The Porter Portland recently to visit family, and had a superlative experience overall. Everyone, from the front desk and room service, to Avery the valet was super courteous and helpful - a pleasant experience from start to finish. The lobby ambiance and the bar felt modern yet friendly, and the drinks were great (love the Spanish coffee - perfect for a cold winter night). The rooms were nicely decorated, and comfortable to stay in, and the view featured a nice slice of the Willamette River. Would stay again 100%. One tiny note - while this didn't really affect our experience, there were some issues with incompletely assembled room fixtures. Just something to watch out for.
