Not a nice place to stay! Very dirty! Disgustingly so! Toilet seat was broken, I about rode it to the ground !! Carpets were gag!! Couldn’t even take a shower because the tub was nasty w chunks of green stuff and a loogie! The bed was a V shape, couldn’t get out without help from spouse! lol. They serve hot water in the lounge but they do t serve tea bags or hot chocolate. I asked what am I supposed to do w hot water and she said she didn’t know. lol. Breakfast was terrible. Not sure how old the bagel was but it wasn’t sliced so I rough cut it with a plastic knife. Toaster took 4 times on highest setting just to get color to it. Once I went through all that, took first bite and threw away, old!!! Orange juice is watered down to the point of it being flavored water. The flooring is filthy and stained but I understand why, there are lots of construction workers staying here with muddy boots. Did I mention LOTS OF construction workers!!! The bathroom floor had not been swept and definitely not mopped. So gross! We were exhausted from driving and at our end game so we didn’t request our money back. Not a great stay!

I stayed here for a week, was in room 110. A deluxe king. Everything with this stay went so smooth! Check in was flawless, quick 2 minutes. The agent was so friendly and nice! Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was nice with big mirrors. Toilet paper was actually kinda decent…. The sheets were clean and maintained. As well as the room and hotel in general. It’s not perfect. Remember your paying for a budget hotel. The mattress I trusted was clean as they had a whole zip up mattress protector on it and then a fitted protector over that. My only complaint with the bed are the 5 small pillows. Would prefer 4 standard. Seems to be something with Wyndham and not the hotel itself….. also the mattress is more firm then I prefer. But it was comfortable. The fridge and microwave had a cute closet they hide in. The staff were so friendly and polite! During check out today, there was a guest being extremely rude to the desk agent and the agent held it together. I could tell she was biting her tongue (I felt so bad) I ended up barking at the customer because she was being so disrespectful and the agent was being so nice and patient! Breakfast is beyond simple. Do not get your hopes up for a full buffet. My only complaint about the hotel is the couch in the deluxe was shot and so completely uncomfortable I couldn’t sit on it. So next time I wouldn’t spend the extra for it. WiFi speeds were awesome for a hotel. I usually saw 150/30. Which was awesome cause I like to game at night. Overall, I spent on average $103 a night including taxes. I think it was worth it for the most part. For those complaining in the reviews. It’s not a Hilton or Marriott. Your getting what you pay for.
