This business is absolutely disrespectful in many ways to their guests . It has no guest private policy and the staff here will talk about anything and everything about any guest they choose to at any time . New management has came into the building and speaking with the management about the concerns and issues about this location. They have chosen to do nothing, but go to the employees and get their sides of the stories so they can go off of that instead of listening to the guest who have come forward . Escalating things to hire management in the corporation did nothing either. This business is going to end up facing a very big lawsuit. This particular location has had multiple assaults happen, and burglaries and sexual assaults on the premises. Management attempts to try to keep guest from knowing What’s going on within the building, but the word spread. Be aware The current staff in the front desk are just absolutely beyond unprofessional in so many ways accept for Michael, Keylee, & Briana …Day time staff (Shay, & Brenden) are the most laziest individuals I’ve ever seen Everyone here seems to have s long stay. Hallways at time can smell very nasty and carpets are very dirty and gross but you just have to deal with it beaver according to everyone at the front desk noting is there job. This location goes days without washing linens and towels. When you ask you towels they tell you they don’t have none as they just sit in the front and do nothing. This place needs better staff that are trained and knows the job. The staff really doesn’t have mush customer service skills for guest/residence. Businesses have really lost its touch in training and having proper uniforms for its employees and enforcing customer service . I did find a bloody pad in the stairwell. Pretty gross. I had to say something 3 times before it was picked up Some of these rooms have some serious bad breaker panels in them to wear the power will completely shut off and you have to reset the breaker. Maintenance here does not know a thing about maintenance Or even how to fix a lightbulb. I would NOT recommend anyone stay here as there is a lot of drug addicts around the area and a lot of activity throughout the building and outside. I hope things get better. This location can be something good with the right people operating it. Hospitality left this building a long time ago. They don’t know I lick of hospitality, real customer service is. Never seen a hotel talk to your treat their guest the way these people do. The homeless population around us location is beyond unreal the homeless will scope out this particular building just to try to get access inside for shelter The staff and management here have no control of this location. Staff and managers are leaving left, and right as they are hired. This place is eventually going to see a very bad result. FULL-TIME SECURITY is much needed here. Way too much activity .
