Best Western PLUS Ruston Hotel

The staff Jason at the front desk provided me with exemplary customer service while my husband and I visited from NJ to attend our alma mater’s homecoming. Jason was pleasant, always had a smile on his face and gave us towels when no bath towels were in the room and he even addressed a bathroom issue by having someone from the cleaning staff to address the matter. Although I gave the hotel 3 stars, Jason’s professionalism is 5 stars out of 5 stars. ||The reason for the hotel getting 3 stars because my toilet was not clean. Specifically, there was a dark ring around the inside of the toilet that had the appearance of black mold. It was unacceptable and disgusting. In order for the toilet to be in that condition is due to negligence. Second, the rooms aren’t cleaned daily but the price of the rooms $300 per night deserves daily cleaning. Once again, Jason was awesome and Best Western deserves to know what type of employee they have at the Ruston, LA location. ||AQ||
