I stayed here 4 months ago and will be staying again soon. The hotel is close to Cal Expo and other things in the general area. Not walking distance, but close enough. I stayed alone on my first trip and felt safe there. The rooms are a bit outdated but everything worked in the room I had. There's a fully-stocked small kitchen en suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked (it was July and I had it down to 60. It was almost too cold). The tv didn't get many channels and what I did get was fuzzy, but I was prepared to watch on my phone anyway. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins, burritos, different juices and coffee. It wasn't a 5-star breakfast, but it never promised to be and I thought there was quite a selection. Overall, I was happy enough to stay again.

Great value for over night stay. Large comfortable rooms and clean. Unique touch of welcoming artificial flowers created with tissues. Good front desk service.
