This place is not a place for families. The whole facility is not that great, I was scared to grab ice from the ice machine because of how nasty it looked, it was so dirty, there were homeless people walking around and some others looking like tweekers working on there car at 10 at night. our curtain cover for the window had a smashed bug on it then it was rolled up a little to hide it, instead of cleaning it. They do not put towels in the room. We didn’t even come close to the chair it was disgusting and needs to be thrown in the garbage. The sheets were clean but the bed felt like a table with some blankets on top of it. The door looks like a jail cell door. You have to go to the front desk and ask for them. I know that they didn’t forget because from the time I checked in and left to my room I saw 4 people go in there and ask for towels just like we had to. This place is one step above a motel 6 and I only say that because they had a hot breakfast but the waffle maker was not connected. Your not coming here for comfort. Anything more, you’ll be better off going to a motel. I’m just disappointed because I was expecting the place to be a little bit more taken care of. The only thing that was good were the people. The lady that works at night was nice and so were the others. But for the most part this place looks like a spot were illegal activity’s take place. I never write a bad review but I am now because of how it was promoted to look like a best western plus or something. It’s far below that.

Omgosh! This place was freaking horrible! The only good thing about it was the DAMN price and that's only because I booked it on Priceline! Actually, the young lady who checked us in was lovely. She did tell me that it was undergoing new ownership. I really hope that the new owners do an extreme makeover. It says online that they provide breakfast . Well, not true!! There is an area where there was once breakfast and they did have out some bread, coffee, milk,, butter and jelly!! WOW!! The employee sweeping in there was telling me how she's been there for a couple years now and the new owners cut her hours so much that she might as well quit. But, that is what they want. The new owners only want their own family working there so therefore they will do what's necessary to get rid of the other employees. That's just horrible business! Because of this, I hope they fail!! That's not fair at all! Anyway, I could go on and on and on! The t. V. Was messed up. The air conditioner didn't work. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years! Horrible. Just horrible!!
