I would give no stars but had to give one to write a review. Do not stay at this hotel. We had two rooms. As we unpacked our luggage from the car, we started to feel unsafe. It's a gated parking lot but some kind of transaction with a young girl and her minder was going on in the parking lot. She took something from a guy who came in the gated lot, thanked him then ran to meet her minder who was going towards the Denny's. Red flag. While we were moving our luggage into the rooms, the desk clerk came to ask if we heard pounding on the doors. We said no. But she came and asked again. Then she called my daughter's room to ask if it was ok. This was odd behavior and a 2nd red flag. Then we checked the bedding. My daughter pulled the covers down to the mattress cover. Stains on all. We had a discussion and left within an hour. I told the desk clerk we were leaving, gave them back the bottled water. When she asked if something was wrong, I told her the bedding was filthy with red stains. She asked me how I knew this and I told her we pulled the bedding down to the mattress. Her reply was to suggest we spend at least $120 for a better hotel in the area and "you get what you pay for here." This place is not ok at all. Absolutely do not stay here. We felt unsafe and it's dirty. Best Western should terminate any affiliation with this owner.
