The staff was friendly. Our room was definitely not cleaned. We found a small white pill in our room when we arrived, and we kept finding long black hairs everywhere. The indoor pool advertising was a bit deceiving because the pool is basically outdoors, except for a small portion that is covered. There is also a homeless camp right next to the establishment. It's definitely not a family-friendly environment.

Ran down location nothing like advertised, broken doors with only one way in. Room was not recently cleaned as if it had sat empty for a while. No housekeeping to take out the trash or soiled linens while you stay. Less amenities than a motel. You can watch regular TV or pay a ridiculous price to watch a movie. Can't connect to your Netflix or watch on demand. Every plug in the room is taken unless you want to work in the bathroom. No climate control. Your options are off or on for the air conditioner. No guest service if your thirsty or need a snack you have to leave the hotel to get it. Customer service was friendly, but did the bare minimum. Even the elevator didn't seem very trustworthy. Not recommended.
